Mr. Deen Dayal Daga, Chairman

After earning a law degree, Mr. Deen Dayal Dagas entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a plywood manufacturing unit in Assam in 1976. Over four decades of visionary leadership, he expanded the company with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Assam, Uttarakhand, and Karnataka, producing Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, and Pre-lam. He also successfully diversified into tea manufacturing and plantations. A respected industry leader, he served as President of the Assam Plywood Manufacturers Association (19951996). His remarkable achievements include the Udyogapatra Award (1982), presented by the Vice President of India, and the Swatantra Swarna Jayanti Udyog Vibhushan Award (1999) for his outstanding contribution to Indias economic development.

Mr. Rajiv Daga, Managing Director

Mr. Rajiv Daga holds dual degrees in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Purdue University, USA. He began his career with Manhattan Associates in Atlanta, specializing in Supply Chain Management consultancy, before joining Archidply Industries Ltd. in 2003. Initially managing the Karnataka facility, he later spearheaded the Uttaranchal unit as Business Head, doubling its capacity in just three years and achieving 100% utilization. Under his leadership, the Rudrapur unit became the companys largest facility. He successfully implemented SAP ERP and played a pivotal role in securing the Power Brand award (2017). Appointed Managing Director in 2018, Mr. Daga has been instrumental in expanding the laminate export business to over 20 countries.

Mr. Shyam Daga, Director

A commerce graduate from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, Mr. Shyam Daga joined the company in 1996 and has been central to its growth from one manufacturing unit to three. He successfully turned around the acquired Mysore Chipboards Ltd. (19962005) and later established a greenfield project in Uttarakhand (2006). He also led Archidplys maiden public issue in 2007 and set up a large greenfield facility at Chintamani, Karnataka. Currently, he heads Archidply Decor Ltd. and oversees diversified businesses in Face Veneer and Teak Veneer manufacturing in Burma, along with managing Bon Vivanta, a premium furniture showroom in Bangalore.

Mr. Pritam Singh, Independent Director

An accomplished architect from CRSCE, Murthal Sonipat, Mr. Pritam Singh brings over 23 years of expertise in architecture, strategic planning, consultancy, and business analysis. He has successfully executed numerous industrial, corporate, and banking infrastructure projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely completion. A registered member of the Council of Architecture, the Indian Institute of Architects, and Architecture Integration & Verification, he is recognized as a results-driven leader in design and execution.

Ms. Anchal Mittal, Independent Director

A qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Ms. Anchal Mittal also holds graduate degrees in Commerce and Law (LL.B.) from CCS University, Meerut. With over a decade of experience in corporate law, governance, and compliance, she is the founder of A M & Associates, New Delhi (2008). She has advised on acquisitions, legal structuring, compliance integration, and Archidply Industries Ltd.corporate governance across manufacturing and service industries. Her expertise lies in guiding boards on statutory responsibilities and ensuring regulatory excellence.

Mr. Rohit Pareek, Independent Director

Mr. Rohit Pareek is a qualified Company Secretary with over 11 years of experience in corporate consultancy, SEBI matters, regulatory compliance, and global liaison. A graduate in Commerce and Law (LL.B.) from Bikaner University, he has handled assignments across merchant banking, legal advisory, and secretarial practices. He has worked extensively with government bodies including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and the Legal Metrology Department, bringing in-depth expertise to the board.
